Frequently Asked Questions
How CAN WE BOOK?
To book a session please click the 'Book Now' link on our website. You will be taken to our booking page where you can select the number of people playing, the day, and choose a time from the available sessions. You will then be asked to fill out some basic information . Once this is completed you will receive an email confirmation for your booking.
How Many people can i go with?
We allow from 2 up 8 players in our rooms. Although we recommend a team of 4 - 6 as groups of 2 have quite a low success rate. If this is your first time doing an escape room, a larger group will increase your chances of success. Please refer to the Rooms Page.
what happens on the day? What if I am late?
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your booking time. If your team has not completed the liability waiver (this will be sent to you with the confirmation email ) then it will need to be completed prior to playing.
Your Game Master will give you a short briefing on the rules of the game.
So as not to delay other games, your countdown clock will commence at the start of your booking time. If you arrive late, this will eat into your 60 minutes of escape time.
